Local calendars
It is possible to create local calendars in CalenGoo, i.e. calendars that exist only in CalenGoo. Events that are saved into such calendars are only displayed in CalenGoo and nowhere else. They are not synced. If you loose your iPhone/iPad/iPod touch, the only way to restore these events is from iTunes’ backup of CalenGoo: Restore from backupTo be able to create local calendars, you have to turn “Settings”, “Display and Use”, “Expert”, “General”, “Local calendars” on.
Afterward open “Settings”, “Visibility/Download” and tap “Add local calendar” to add a new local calendar. There you can specify a name and a color for this calendar.
You can create multiple local calendars for different purposes with different colors. Events will be displayed with their calendar’s color. When creating an event, you can choose into which calendar it should be saved. Please see Working with calendars.
Under "Settings", "Display and Use", "Edit view", "Default calendar" you can specify which calendar should be used for new events by default.
